Information you provide
When you request a project, we collect the contact details, service address, project scope, building/access requirements, preferred timing and acknowledgments you provide. Project-assistant details are submitted when you choose to send a project request. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your project.
Why we use it
We use this information to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare scope and pricing, coordinate agreements and service, maintain records, prevent duplicate requests and protect our systems. Submitting a project request authorizes a response about that project; choosing optional analytics is separate and is not required to request service.
Service providers
Our application uses Base44 for hosting and application services and HubSpot for customer-request management. Relevant project details may be handled through DocuSign for agreements and payment providers when those services are used, or shared with a disclosed service provider where needed to fulfill your project. Providers process information for their respective services. This notice does not replace a payment provider's or another website's privacy notice.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
With your analytics choice set to accepted, this application uses first-party visitor/session identifiers, referral and campaign information, click identifiers where present, interaction events and Google Analytics to understand website use and measure Google Ads results. Google may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information and analytics identifiers. We do not include your name, email, phone number, street address or project notes in the Google Analytics events configured for the store. Confirmed project requests may also be measured from our server using the Google Analytics identifiers collected with your analytics consent. This is measurement of a confirmed request, not a paid purchase. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this store's measurement configuration.
Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Optional measurement in this application is blocked until you accept analytics. You can reject it or withdraw through “Privacy choices” at the top of every page. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement through our application and clears its optional visitor/attribution identifiers and accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by a provider.
Essential storage and retention
Storage necessary for your privacy choice, request processing, security and duplicate prevention can remain when analytics is rejected. Your analytics preference is remembered for up to 180 days where browser storage is available. A random privacy-control token and its server-side hash help us honor withdrawal for pending measurements. If you are offline, the browser retains only the necessary withdrawal request and retries when the site is opened or connectivity returns; information already received by a provider is not erased. Project and transaction records are kept as needed for service, recordkeeping, disputes and applicable obligations; retention depends on the record and purpose.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Email waldy@cornielconstruction.com to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and retain records needed for legal, contractual or security purposes. Rights and exceptions depend on the laws applicable to your request.
